My goal is to document my fit diet. Planning and documenting are hard for me so creating a food log blog that others will view will keep me accountable. I'm looking to create in myself a healthy human being with energy and a life I am proud to live.

A Day of Fish
Today is the first day of my new food diary. My first challenge is to eat no poultry or meat for one week. In addition, I am going to stay away from processed foods. I'll watch my weight over this diary experiment.
My first weight goal is to loose 30 pounds.
Started the day with fresh made oatmeal, blueberries and almonds. Yum. Staying away from processed foods so rather than instant I made the oatmeal from scratch.
Mid day snack, half an apple.
Tuna sandwich, grapes was a nice lunch. I was really hungery and ate at 11:30.
Tuna Nigiri and california roll for dinner. I was really hungry by the time of dinner.
